Display last time a process was edited #22

Description

@amyjko

What are you trying to do that you can't?

It is often helpful to know the last time a process was edited, to know if documentation is out of date, and compel updating.

What is your idea?

This should be manually updated, as minor edits to a process shouldn't automatically indicate that there was a significant update. This can be as simple as a "mark updated" button, which sets the last updated date to now. Another possibility is putting a checkbox next to the description update which, if checked, also updates.
