I have encountered a memory leak. To reproduce it, see this plunkr. Follow this steps to reproduce the leak:

  1. Open the chrome developer tools and start "Record Heap Allocations"
  2. Navigate to "View 1". It contains a ui-layout with an ng-repeat and a lot of elements
  3. Navigate to "View 2". Now the memory should be freed but it's not.

If I am only using an ng-repeat without ui-layout there is no leak and the memory is cleaned. I will have a look at what could cause this but if you have any hints it would be very helpful.
