Support setting specific SCSS files

It would be great if we had an option to override the default for compiling all scss files.

It looks like this line just needs to take the options into account so we can provide an array of files to include that would take the place of the **/*.scss pattern.

I'd be open to contributing this change but I've never worked on a broccoli plugin before and I'm just starting to trace through it. I'm sure someone more experienced than myself would be able to crank this out pretty quickly.

adding this to your Angular2App configuration excludes based on the regex:

 sassCompiler:{
 "cacheExclude": [/\/_[^\/]+$/]
 }

so this is already supported!!!
