ci(SauceLabs): refresh browsers list

The list should be old browsers supported by Angular.

@JiaLiPassion I included 2 small fixes to make the CI to pass.
2 things remain:

• upgrading to latest Chrome, blocked by unhandledrejection tests are failing in recent version of Chrome #718
• Safari 7 is disabled, but I believe that fix(patch): fix #707, should not try to patch non configurable property #717 will solve it
