Expand text input as new lines are added

Right now the text input only shows two lines at once, which makes it pretty difficult to compose complex instructions or write multi-line code examples. It would be great if it automatically grew to always show every line with a max height only limited by the height of the terminal itself.

will rethink this, also, F12 opens your EDITOR which is nice when you have a lot to type

Consider also binding alt+e to open $EDITOR, which is the default binding in fish shell for opening $EDITOR. Most macOS users have to hold down fn to press F12 (and I bet many don't even know you can hold fn). I never use function key bindings.

yeah, fwiw the current key bindings are temporary, didn't want to step on input keys, will fix this week

@adamdotdevin looks like it doesn't max out at the height of the terminal, so if the text input is taller than the terminal there's no way to see the lines at the top
