Adds derivation for running the electron based desktop client using nix

nix run .#opencode-electron correctly launches the client and the sidecar

tested on x86_64-linix

The first iteration of cleanup was my first iteration of script that didnt add the label, now that the label is there it wont get auto cleaned up in future oops I reopened so i could see if ci passes and merge this
