What does this PR do?

Adds OpenCode Ensemble to the ecosystem docs plugin table.

OpenCode Ensemble is a public npm plugin for coordinating parallel OpenCode agents with team messaging, shared tasks, and worktree isolation. This change only adds the listing and link.
