anomalyco#29179) The 271-commit upstream merge brought in anomalyco#29179, which removed task_status.ts and the polling model in favor of automatic push-notification on completion. Update the fork README accordingly: drop the task_status tool and 300ms-poll wording, document automatic synthetic-message delivery, note task_id as a resume handle, and fix the implementation path (task_status.ts -> background/job.ts).

Removes the model-facing background task polling flow. Background subagents now notify the parent session automatically by posting a synthetic completion message through the normal async prompt path.
Verified with focused task/registry/prompt tests and typecheck.
