pipelines in YAML files under .opencode/workflows/. Workflows support
step dependencies, conditional execution, and parallel steps.
- Add workflow YAML schema (ConfigWorkflowV1)
- Add YAML file loader for .opencode/workflows/ directory
- Add Workflow service for listing/getting workflows
- Add workflow runner with dependency resolution
- Add /workflow slash command with resolveTemplate support
- Add example workflows (code-review, deploy-staging)
- Fix black screen by using pre-loaded workflow data instead of Effect.runPromise
- Add ConfigWorkflowPlugin to register workflow commands in V2 service
