Api endpoints for jobs/ was upgraded from 2.0 to 2.1, but docs were not updated.

In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in a newsfragment file, named {pr_number}.significant.rst or {issue_number}.significant.rst, in newsfragments.

Maybe we should drop the api/X.Y prefix entirely instead? This feels impossible to keep fresh indefinitely.

Really, maybe it would be better to put "neutral" names, and put links to the new API explorer?
