Worked on fixing mypy errors in providers/standard/

  1. providers/standard/src/airflow/providers/standard/utils/sensor_helper.py (4 errors)
  2. providers/standard/src/airflow/providers/standard/triggers/external_task.py (1 error)
  3. providers/standard/src/airflow/providers/standard/sensors/external_task.py (1 error)
  4. providers/standard/src/airflow/providers/standard/operators/latest_only.py (2 errors)
  5. providers/standard/tests/unit/standard/operators/test_hitl.py (13 errors)

^ Add meaningful description above
Read the Pull Request Guidelines for more information.
In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
In case of a new dependency, check compliance with the ASF 3rd Party License Policy.
In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in a newsfragment file, named {pr_number}.significant.rst or {issue_number}.significant.rst, in airflow-core/newsfragments.
