The #59511 cherry-picked to v3-1-test accidentally reverted an earlier change #59233 that introduced different types of users created automatically by Simple Auth Manager.

This PR restores it.

Well. We have a DIFFERENT one now - but at least the password one is gone. Merging and looking for the OTHER
