Fix "Out of sort memory" error on MySQL during deadline alert data migration in upgrade/downgrade operations.

The migration queries in 0099_3_2_0_ui_improvements_for_deadlines.py select large data and data_compressed columns while performing ORDER BY, which causes MySQL to exceed its sort buffer size when processing serialized DAGs with large data payloads.

This fix uses a subquery pattern for MySQL to first sort only small columns (id, dag_id), then joins back to fetch the large columns without requiring them in the sort buffer.
