While reviewing #65232 found that it might be good to add these coding standard detaisl to AGENTS.md - or should it rather be added elsewhere?

Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR?

While reviewing #65232 found that it might be good to add these coding standard detaisl to AGENTS.md - or should it rather be added elsewhere?
