Add more differentiating borders to Questions and Answers

The current view of a question makes it harder than nessessary to differentiate between the question and it's answers.

I'd suggest adding a border to both of them, which creates clear distinctions between each element.

I am currently using this custom css to achieve this:

Hi team, this makes sense and the CSS approach looks good.
In addition to borders, we could also slightly differentiate questions vs answers using subtle background or spacing differences, while keeping styles consistent across light/dark modes. If this direction works, I’m happy to prepare a small PR with minimal SCSS changes and before/after screenshots for review.
