This issue is caused by a known MPM outage, which is resulting in this Install MATLAB GitHub Action failure you are seeing.

MathWorks is currently working on an issue that has affected segments of our online systems. Some of our online services are not available.

@kou, would it be acceptable to disable the MATLAB workflow while this issue persists? Would that help unblock people?

@lhhj @spacepirate0001 Could you use matlab-actions/setup-matlab#146 for general matlab-actions/setup-matlab related comments? We want to use this issue only for apache/arrow related things.

@sgilmore10 OK. We can just ignore MATLAB job failures for now. We don't need to disable the MATLAB workflow.
