This may be a conan related problem.

When updating conan-center for 20.0.0 some patches where added that I didn't sync to arrow yet: https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/pull/27311/files

Doesn't really look like one of that is involved but wanted to mention it!

It was not related but let's synchronized: GH-46968

This was caused by #45306 . GH-46967 is the fix for this.
