[CI][MinIO] MinIO discontinuing docker images, binary distribution, consider alternatives

With MinIO discontinuing docker images we might want to consider using community built images or garage.

Garage is an awesome option, very stable and super easy to configure.

We don't use any minio docker images as far as I am aware. We have an installation script and install from the binary distribution when appropriate.

To give some context, we only use minio for some testing on our S3 implementation.

Ah sorry @raulcd, I didn't realize we're using it as a binary. Here's our installation script. It seems that binary distribution is also stopping but installing from source will be available in case need a newer version at some point. (Although that is unlikely to happen often given our CI-only usecase)

I don't understand why you're closing. Evidently this is going to be a problem in the future. Why close it now?

I thought it's better having it closed if no clear action forward is available now. I suppose we can reopen if it's easier to discover it when needed.
