@raulcd Thanks for raising this. We are adding sudo as part of #49787. cc @justing-bq

I believe this issue might have been introduced in #50190, since we started seeing the CI failure after this PR has been merged. My guess is that install_ceph.sh might have been implicitly installing sudo, and removing the script caused sudo not be installed.

this is still failing on CI, is this a release blocker? Are we planning on releasing the ODBC packages this release? The feature freeze for the release is currently scheduled for tomorrow, 1st of July.

I think the failure on ODBC Linux should not be a blocker to the ODBC Windows release. Regarding Windows packages release, @amoeba might have more context regarding the static ODBC CI
