Hmm, I don't think we should change this for conda. Instead, conda users on Windows will have to explicitly pass -DARROW_LLVM_USE_SHARED=OFF.

Hmm, I don't think we should change this for conda. Instead, conda users on Windows will have to explicitly pass -DARROW_LLVM_USE_SHARED=OFF.

Hmm, I don't think we should change this for conda. Instead, conda users on Windows will have to explicitly pass -DARROW_LLVM_USE_SHARED=OFF.
