Should we maintain the base R behavior for subsetting on column 0 (it is ignored)? I can't imagine why someone would do such a thing on purpose.

Should we maintain the base R behavior for subsetting on column 0 (it is ignored)? I can't imagine why someone would do such a thing on purpose.
