bst show --format %{source-info} crashed with
BUG 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'rsplit' for any element with a git source that was never tracked (mirror.ref is None).

_guess_version assumed a ref is always present and called .rsplit() on None.

Fixes#110

bst show --format %{source-info} crashed with

BUG 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'rsplit' for any element with a git source that was never tracked (mirror.ref is None).
_guess_version assumed a ref is always present and called .rsplit() on None.
