Description

Doris to support new information_schema table table_properties.

schema:
TABLE_CATALOG
TABLE_SCHEMA
TABLE_NAME
PROPERTY_NAME
PROPERTY_VALUE

If the table has multiple properties, then it will be displayed in multiple rows.
