What problem does this PR solve?

Fix an issue where hdfs.authentication.type cannot reliably detect Kerberos authentication. As a temporary workaround, use hadoop.security.authentication for Kerberos detection.
Automatically set hive.metastore.sasl.enabled=true when HMS Kerberos authentication is enabled to ensure proper SASL/GSSAPI handshake.
