Currently, we are able to build multiple partition spec against a table through PartitionSpec Builder and commit through updatePartitionSpec from TableMetadata class. While we still don't have an explicit way to commit the partition evolution AFAIK. I think we can create a UpdateParittionSpec interface and a Table API updateParitionSpec to do the job. What do you think?
