[InputFormat Followup] Add residual evaluation for Iceberg generics

For standalone MR applications where the in memory data model is Iceberg Generics, we can add residual evaluation, like how we do it in TableScanIterable. See org.apache.iceberg.data.TableScanIterable.ScanIterator#hasNext
