fix: improve DataNode reachability check in ensureNodeStatus

• Add 1-second timeout to TSocket when checking DataNode port reachability

Changes

• Modify AbstractEnv.ensureNodeStatus() to use TSocket with timeout
• Verify DataNode endpoint is reachable when target status is RUNNING
