Summary

  • Make the session title timeout test own its event-loop lifetime instead of relying on unrelated active handles.
  • Use a never-settling provider stub to verify that the deadline wins even when the provider ignores abort.

Closes#1222

Verification

  • npm --workspace @maka/runtime run typecheck
  • node --test packages/runtime/dist/__tests__/session-title.test.js — 6 passed
  • Repeated the targeted test 20 times — 20/20 passed
  • npm --workspace @maka/runtime run test:dist — 2,163 passed, 5 skipped

Summary
  • Make the session title timeout test own its event-loop lifetime instead of relying on unrelated active handles.
  • Use a never-settling provider stub to verify that the deadline wins even when the provider ignores abort.
Closes#1222
Verification
  • npm --workspace @maka/runtime run typecheck
  • node --test packages/runtime/dist/__tests__/session-title.test.js — 6 passed
  • Repeated the targeted test 20 times — 20/20 passed
  • npm --workspace @maka/runtime run test:dist — 2,163 passed, 5 skipped
