Summary

  • remove seven script/process/build checker suites and six Desktop happy-path projection suites
  • stop running repository helper-script tests from the default npm test and Windows baseline paths
  • retain the two release-platform verification suites behind the impact-selected extended lane and test:full
  • remove stale documentation for the deleted default script-test command

Net result: 1,154 fewer lines and one fewer default CI test category.

Verification

  • git diff --check
  • Biome check for scripts/ci-test-plan.mjs
  • direct planTests routing checks: ordinary script -> none; release test/package config -> extended; forced full -> extended
  • repository reference checks for removed scripts/modes

Full tests intentionally not run; CI owns affected product suites.
