Summary

Remove documentation for the nonexistent MAKA_TASK_LEDGER_TOOLS registration switch and the adjacent stale compatibility-alias claim. The current Runtime Host registers the four task_* tools without this environment switch, and the repository contains no implementation of the documented flag.

The larger Task Ledger simplification remains tracked in #2290; this PR only makes the current lifecycle document accurate.

Representative review action on behalf of @WAWQAQ, explicitly authorized by AstroHan for this approval seat; scope: full documentation/source-history review of PR #3624; exact head c1c99e6a5f291d7e0aae30cea3746dfa606305fe.

GO — no P0–P3 findings.

This removes four stale documentation lines and does not change runtime behavior. The accurate provenance is that MAKA_TASK_LEDGER_TOOLS and the PascalCase compatibility aliases did exist after 3cab975a5; #2889 / 0b20a6713 removed both implementation seams, but the lifecycle document was not updated. Current code has only the optionless buildTaskLedgerTools() and unconditionally registers the four snake_case tools in the Host composition; the repository has no remaining environment-switch, legacy-alias, or compatibility-flag consumer. Deleting the stale paragraph therefore restores the document to the current single surface rather than erasing a never-implemented design.

The integrated tree against current main merges cleanly. The PR is OPEN, non-draft, and MERGEABLE; exact-head hosted test is completed/success.

Summary
Remove documentation for the nonexistent MAKA_TASK_LEDGER_TOOLS registration switch and the adjacent stale compatibility-alias claim. The current Runtime Host registers the four task_* tools without this environment switch, and the repository contains no implementation of the documented flag.
The larger Task Ledger simplification remains tracked in #2290; this PR only makes the current lifecycle document accurate.

Representative review action on behalf of @WAWQAQ, explicitly authorized by AstroHan for this approval seat; scope: full documentation/source-history review of PR #3624; exact head c1c99e6a5f291d7e0aae30cea3746dfa606305fe.
GO — no P0–P3 findings.
This removes four stale documentation lines and does not change runtime behavior. The accurate provenance is that MAKA_TASK_LEDGER_TOOLS and the PascalCase compatibility aliases did exist after 3cab975a5; #2889 / 0b20a6713 removed both implementation seams, but the lifecycle document was not updated. Current code has only the optionless buildTaskLedgerTools() and unconditionally registers the four snake_case tools in the Host composition; the repository has no remaining environment-switch, legacy-alias, or compatibility-flag consumer. Deleting the stale paragraph therefore restores the document to the current single surface rather than erasing a never-implemented design.
The integrated tree against current main merges cleanly. The PR is OPEN, non-draft, and MERGEABLE; exact-head hosted test is completed/success.
Approved only; not merged.
