- Updated LaunchInfo in nbcode.ts to accept serverVmOptions
- Applied custom JVM arguments to the NBLS headless launch process

- Added netbeans.serverVmOptions configuration array to package.json
- Updated LaunchInfo in nbcode.ts to accept serverVmOptions
- Applied custom JVM arguments to the NBLS headless launch process
- Solves Java heap space OutOfMemory exceptions by allowing -J-Xmx overrides
