What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Added a document for ozone repair commands.
This lists the usage of all the commands and subcommands under repair.

Thanks for working on this @sarvekshayr, Please find my comments below.

Another suggestion for most of the headings: right now the description line for each of the heading is same as that of the help message of the command. Wherever possible, can you make the description line a bit more elaborated? Maybe some contextual information, where this command would help?
