What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR aims to upgrade AWS SDK v2 to 2.35.4.

Why are the changes needed?

To be ready for Apache Hadoop 3.4.3 and 3.5.0 release:

Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

No Spark behavior change.

How was this patch tested?

Pass the CIs.

Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
