@jteagles: this is about to upgrade to hadoop 3.2.2, I think a 100% green testing would mean that we're compatible with it (I ran mvn clean install locally too, no failures)

this upgrade would make sense for Tez 0.10.1, and then we can consider cutting off branch-0.10 before starting for hadoop 3.3 support
