tools/hrw4u/tests holds 698 tests that no CI job runs today. ats/fedora:44 is the only pull-request image carrying antlr4 and uv, which is what they were installed there for (#421). Fedora's antlr4 package names the generator antlr4 while the Makefile defaults to Homebrew's antlr, hence the override. UV_LINK_MODE is set because uv's cache and the bind-mounted workspace are on different filesystems.
