> **Language policy**: All outward-facing GitHub outputs — **PR titles, PR bodies, review comments, issue replies, and community participation** — MUST be written in **English**, regardless of the language of the triggering rant. Keep rant content verbatim when quoting it. **Internal artifacts** (evolution-cycle logs, MEMORY.md, session notes) are **exempt** and may stay in the author's language.

3. **commit message**：英文（`emrg:` 前缀惯例，保留）

5. **内部记录**（evolution-cycle-*.md、MEMORY.md）：不受限（本地可见，可中文）
6. **引用 rant 内容**：rant 保持原文（中文就中文），但对外输出用英文表述
