The sandbox default-rule PR (#895) added one scheduler test, bringing the collected Python test count to 984. Agent.md still documents 983 (the #894 baseline), failing the test_doc_counts.py guard on master. One-line doc sync.

✅ LGTM — cycle 1 (one-line doc sync: Agent.md Python test count 983→984, matching the collected count after #895's added test; test_doc_counts.py guard now passes; test + test-windows CI PASS)

Superseded by #898 — the Agent.md 983→984 sync is folded into the remove-ask-sandbox-tiers branch (commit eeec01a), which needs it for its own CI to pass. Closing to avoid duplicate Agent.md conflicts.
