What changed

• accept terminal lifecycle evidence from the current session writer even when stale restart bookkeeping names an older run
• keep session-start conflicts retryable until the ordinary age floor and redact credential-shaped ingress fields at persistence and inspection
• add an evidence-gated repair for already-wedged running session rows
• resolve DM reaction targets from canonical Slack session routes
• preserve complete ACP final replies and add Astra model-tile support
