Production verification found two fixture gaps: the dead-letter bundle lacked the helper anchor used by the sanitizer, and canonical completed rows retain the active writer plus their existing updatedAt projection. This patch makes dead-letter redaction self-contained, upgrades the already-patched form, preserves the valid writer fence, and aligns normalized timestamps. Focused tests and a rehearsal against the installed patched 2026.9.1 bundles pass.
