Fixes the gap found during live Astra verification: profiles were rendered into the model catalog but omitted from the generated /model allowlist. The generator now derives modelPolicy.allow from the same enabled per-agent execution profiles as agents.defaults.models, so selectable models and runtime routes cannot drift. Verification: 148 passed, 1 expected skip.
