I created a similar wrapper around the Azure Maps Web SDK that can be used with .NET Maui without Blazor. However, there is a ton of similarities with what I put together and this project. I'm looking to see if there is the potential to reduce rework and get alignment. What I created wraps a WebView control within a separate library and this library can be brought into a standard .NET Maui app. I was planning to extend this to also work with WinUI and WPF as it wouldn't take much to achieve this.
Would it be possible to have this component run in a WebView of a non-.NET Maui Blazor app? If so, then I suspect it likely wouldn't take much to also get this to work in WinUI and WPF.
I haven't uploaded my project to GitHub yet, but likely will in the next few weeks, even if it's just to share the approach and code and not to actually publish any NuGet packages.
