🔬 Research Focus

I work at the interface of machine learning, probability, and biological modeling.
My current projects focus on:

  • Simulation-based inference for mechanistic simulations
  • Scalable Bayesian inference for large hierarchical dynamical systems
  • Diffusion models and amortized inference for interpretable scientific modeling
