What Changed
Adds Claude Fable 5.1 to the Claude model catalog, including effort and context-window options, model aliases, and Claude Code version gating at v2.1.257. Fork-local manifest handling keeps the model classified as current until upstream includes it.
Adds focused coverage for supported and unsupported Claude Code versions and manifest classification.
Why
Claude Fable 5.1 is available in newer Claude Code releases but was not exposed by T3 Code. This change makes the model selectable when supported, provides a clear upgrade message for older CLI versions, and prevents the hosted upstream manifest from incorrectly categorizing the fork-added model as legacy.
