If there are any applications which are crashing for you:

1. Report the affected application to me in a github issue: apple-sharpener/issues/
2. Add the application to the blacklist file at /usr/local/bin/ammonia/libapple-sharpener.dylib.blacklist

How to uninstall:
cd into the apple_sharpener/ you cloned from github, and run make delete.

cd ~/apple-sharpener/
make delete

Or, manually with:

sudo rm /usr/local/bin/ammonia/tweaks/libapple_sharpener.dylib /usr/local/bin/ammonia/tweaks/libapple_sharpener.dylib.blacklist

Installed it on Tahoe 26.4, and my external drives stopped being mounted at startup or after restart. Disk Utility can see them, and I can mount them manually from there but it'a a pain in the ass, as I have 8 of them. I didn't suspect the sharpener at first, thought it was a Tahoe's bug, so I did a clean install, and everything was working fine, but then I my rounded corner hate kicked in and I installed the Apple Sharpener again – and the drives disappeared. So now the problem is confirmed. Please update if you find a solution, as I hate the rounded corners enough to go back to Sequoia.
