This PR is:

Upgrading redisgraph to v2.8.20
Redisearch to v2.4.16
Switching to a redis provided image which includes the modules for search/graph
Adding an extraDeploy values to call a custom start script mounted via configmap

TODO:

Figure out sentinel/ha custom scripts and test
Follow up with @xujiaxj to make sure exhaustive testing is done
Once https://github.com/asserts/adi/pull/2209 is merged, update the asserts-server image since this version will be rolled out simultaneously in the helm chart with redis
