This is happening on Windows as well. Tested on Windows 8.1 and Windows 7.

There is an issue on the settings-view repo for this also: atom/settings-view#257

Yeah, I think this is the same underlying issue as atom/settings-view#257 and so I'm going to close it as a duplicate of that one.
