Use keyboard-layout to determine keystroke humanization

We should look into using keyboard-layout to handle the humanization of keybinds, instead of a hardcoded list in this package since this list is incorrect for several keyboard layouts.

Note that this will likely involve enhancements to keyboard-layout to fill in holes on several platforms.
