On UNIX based operating systems (Incl. Linux and MacOS), users can simply create a session by using just client ID and client secret. Users will be re-directed to BOX's UI for authentication and grant access to the application. This will simplify the entire authentication process and eliminates the need for storing the refresh token.

This also includes the refresh token issue that I fixed in PR#98.

Following the SSL V3 Poodle vulnerability, box API doesn't support SSL V3 anymore (as of 10/16/2014). So, I have updated the default SSL version to use TSLv1_2 instead of SSLv2.
