Remove docker-compose as a required dependency, because it has a very restrictive list of dependencies that has been causing numerous issues. Throw an error if it is not installed.

Remove docker-compose as a required dependency, because it has a very restrictive list of dependencies that has been causing numerous issues. Throw an error if it is not installed.

Remove docker-compose as a required dependency, because it has a very restrictive list of dependencies that has been causing numerous issues. Throw an error if it is not installed.
