Description of changes:
Our other classes make use of Session.expand_role to accept either a name or an ARN for the AWS IAM role. This change is to make that consistent with our new classes.

This change also removes some hardcoded AWS account IDs and regions from some integration tests to allow the tests to be run in different AWS accounts and/or regions.
